Default occosaional surge driving me crazy help

I got a 04 305 555 6spd with a surging problem. only happens at 1500-2000 rpm crusing. engine hot or cold dont matter, AND ONLY STARTED AFTER INSTALLING A SET OF SCHIED 100HP INJ! truck had AD150 and edge J/A at the time. since then the edge j/a came off and smarty installed, stage 3 bag-o-parts and a phat shaft 62. we cut the spring in the AD and replaced the tps, crank, and ambient air temp sensors. replacing the sensors helped a LIL but still surging. Tryed a fuel pressue relief valve off another other truck, no change. any ideas please help its driving me crazy!

This is crazy but try this- completely clean all your battery terminals and cables and leave off for 20 mins with key on (to drain capacitors) - turn off key - before reinstallation make sure batteries fully filled and charged - reinstall and presto! Sometimes it works!

Your CP3 bag of parts is the problem. Gonna have to get rid of the injectors, or get a bigger CP3.

Forgot to clarify: Your starving the injectors because the CP3 can't keep up w/ the demand. Which in turn, is extremely hard on them.

get a bigger cp3, sounds like you have the mods to justify it, so might as well upgrade
