Default vibrations !!!

ok i'm new to this diesel stuff but i'm learning ever so slowly. but i do i have a vibration in my truck. and i went underneath the truck to inspect to see and the only thing i've seen is oil coming from the rear end. mainly wear the drive shaft and rear end meet. and the only time i really get the vibration is when i start pushin the throttle but its still there when i get off of it too. so can some 1 help me figure this out because i dont want to take it somewhere and they do the same thing i did and they charge me a $100 than tell me to schedule a time to bring it in. thanks Ryan

hmm i cant answer your question by much of a mechanical aspect but maybe check the bolts on your steering column. keep the hood open and see if you can see anything shakin. or maybe you got a cylinder or two not firing(injectors) but i'd think that'd be more of a v-8 problem. for now i'd say check the bolts and steering parts under the hood

Check Your U-Joints especially the ones In the front axel the stock ones are junk also if you have a 2 piece drive shaft check the bearing also the wheel bearings. Is it a auto or manual?

Sirwrenchiezolot is 100% right. Definately a good place to start would be your U joints in the rear shaft. Also check the carrier bearing if you have a long wheel base truck. Those things will cause a vibration under hard acceleration.
