High Egts..
I have a 2005 cummins 6spd 2500 reg cab 4wd. I am running a bully dog with the scarry larry tune, afe intake , K&N cold air intake , 66 charger , head studs, 4in turbo back exhaust , ats exhaust manifold , bully dog boost an pryo gauges , & a south bend dual disk. My pryo gauge is mounted in the exhaust manifold an reads 0-2000* an driving 55mph at 1800-1900 rpms on flat ground my pryo gauge is running about 900* making 2-4 pounds of boost with the wastegate clamped when i roll on into it bout half pedal 18-20 psi of boost an 1500-1600* egts. An if i go to the floor from 55mph 40psi of boost max an the pryo needle is twisted wayy past 2000*+!! an my truck hasnt always ran these temps it just recently has started running this hot, my truck has always ran strong an lit this turbo quickly with ease but now it just dont seem like the same truck feels sluggish like its in a strain or dragging a weight an slow to light the turbo. Any ideas , advice , or clues to what my problem could be will be greatly apprecieated..

Get rid on the k&n intake and get a afe stage 2 intake. What are you running for injectors? Intercooler? Lift pump? Cp3's? And get rid of the bully dog and get a smarty so you can have some tuneability. I dont think that you have all the mods you need to make your truck run efficiently. An Intercooler will greatly help with egts and make your truck more efficient.
