Default Sound and vibration like its coming from rearend

Hey everyone I just bout a 2007 QCSB 5.9L a couple of weeks ago qith just 89k on it. Well today i was drivin it and when i let off the go pedal its sounded like a bassy kind of noise comin from my read end. When i got home i checked the brakes to see if they were rubbin or anything and all the lines and its not them. It drives fine but it worries me cause i just bought it.Any help at all is appreciated!

Not sure what a bassy sound is but for a vibration I would look at tire wear, u joints etc

The tires are fairly new and i checked the u joints, changed the brakes, checked the diff fluid, and everything i just cant figure it out

Ill check that out. But now ive got a new problem. when i hit the brakes the rear ones sound like an exhaust brake. Anyone know About this?
