Default freeze plug

does anyone know of a bad casting on blocks in the 04-05 trucks? the freeze plug on the back of the motor keeps poping out under load. weve tried over sized plugs and lock tight. I know the 12v have some bad castings i just dont know whats goin on with the Cr motors. I know freeze plugs must be a problem they make kits to fix them i just dont know what i need to get or do.

I have read about this being a problem on are trucks. I know they make a plate that bolts over the rear plug to help hold it in place. I have not had this problem YET, and hope I don't!

ya we checked out a couple out last night online. Were going to make some phone calls and see what we come up with. We just didnt know who has had this problem or what they did to fix it. It sounds like there just putting a plate over it. we will see what happens. Thanks
