Default Roar at slow speed/slight pedal input

I've had a roar that starts at the first press of the pedal and seems to go away when speed picks up. I can only hear it at a slow crawl. Every now and then I'll get a puddle under the truck. Please don't tell me it's the water pump taking a poop on me... Are they hard to change? Almost at 97,000 miles.

Sometimes. Did it no matter what. With it on and off. I just hope nothing is going bad.
