Also I have heard plenty of times I can use my smarty to program my truck for manual but can't find the info on how that is done? Anyone know how to?

Just to be clear your going from auto to manual? If so did you get a wrecked truck to scavage from? The tranny has a control module with wiring harness that can be swapped with the auto unit. BTW Are you selling the auto? I'm interested!

Yeah there's a couple one at the pedal one at the trans neutral switch and I think that's it! Is it a suntoast tranny? They don't warranty even when it's thier fault! Your not to far from me! I'm in San Diego!

Yah it is a suncoast. ok well I will take a look at the wiring for the old truck and see what the wiring looks like but my parts truck is a 05 and mine is a 06 so the wiring is a little diffrent because I was thinking of just swapping the hole wire harness but there is some stuff that won't match up

Hmm pretty sure they are the same! What are the build dates? Only thing different is the tranny controls. Keep me posted on the trans I'm having my own issues right now!
