Got a Fan Speed Code

I cleared it a week ago, and the other day, it came back. Am I looking at a new clutch ($400)??

Most likely, what year is your truck? if you check out ebay there are quite a few used ones available, and places like Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market sell them separately too.
