Sry to hear it dude...My truck has been doing the same thing to me for the last couple of weeks...Lots of shaking..Engine sounds like it dropped a cylinder..some white smoke...the vibration and smoke went away for the most part once I got some engine heat showing on the gauge but it still sounded a bit rough...Dropped the truck off at the dealership on monday...so far they dont know for sure what the problem is...Tried reflashing and it did help with the smoke..still vibrates and runs rough.....My money is on a bad injector/s...time will tell....Ill let u know what they find out...

Had this happen to me on my 04.5 and when dropped off dealer they kept it for two days to say injectors are dirty with carbon build up. Ran a strong concentrate of P.S. and MMO and drove it like I stole it to get temps up to 1110* to help burn carbon off. If you idle alot will do it too.

Try replacing the fuel filter. Mine did the same after running a couple tanks of B-20. It would barely want to start, shake the whole truck and smoke like a freight train, and barely idle. I changed the filter and it was fine.

Could it maybe be water in the fuel? I only use chevron... I dont think it should be a filter or anyhting.... the truck only has 2600 miles.... i hate this crap.... i sold my old one because i was tired of working on it..... this one better not start

Sorry about your luck, hope the dealer can rectify the problem. It's always a disappointment when a person spends a crap load on these pickups and they end up with a problems only after a few miles.
My 07 has a squeak in it somewhere at cold start up, but after it warms up it's fine. The truck is also starting to sound rough at ideal with only 3000kms on it. I'am there for you man I know how you feel.

With your problem I would try the changing the fuel filter and then go from there.
