Default Trouble codes

I was washing my truck today and figured i would go ahead and wash the motor. I started my truck back up and the engine light was on. I did the key thing to bring up the codes and they read P 0483-COOLING FAN SPEED, P 0602-CONTROL MODULE PROGRAMMING ERROR/NOT PROGRAMMMED, P 0073 AMBIENT TEMP. SENSOR HIGH. I noticed when i bought the truck the fan seemed to be moving kinda slow, but as far as it being fixed i have know idea what to do. As far as the other codes I do not understand what they mean. I drove it to work today and it drove like it always does.Any comments would help. Thanks

Yeah you got some connectors wet! I did the same thing! Takes about a month to go away! I unplugged every connector I could find but didn't find a wet one! I'm thinking maybe on the ECM?? Just clear them and see if they come back! As far as the fan I think you'll have to replace it.

Go with the OEM seems to be the best! Don't know cost.
