intake and exhaust is where i would start but im sure you already know from lookin at your sig for the 12 valve... next i would get a set of gauges to keep an eye on things(boost, pyro, and rail pressure) and as far as a programer or a module thats really up to you but i would recomend smarty, then just to be on the safe side i would get a lift pump like an air dog or a fass or holly, ect...... and the list keeps going but if you do those couple of things i think youll be happy with your truck until you decide to go futher and im sure you know this also since your 12 valve was a 5spd you can only go so far with a stock clutch

i had a bullydog tripple dog in my moms truck and it made it to where it wouldnt run one day (erased the vin) got the truck fixed and gave the programmer to a buddy and he said it had a bad cable so he got a new one now he has really long starts... not tryin to bash bullydog they make good power and whatnot and maybe its not the reason me and my buddys trucks messed up but me personally have had bullydog, superchips, edge, and smarty. i have the smarty in my truck now and i dont think ill ever get rid of it until efilive for cummins comes out.

smokedout. With the 6 Stick your odds of tearing it up are quite A bit lower. Their auto tranny's have been explosive wrecks with just about any programmer. I had the unit your describing in my 03 and really liked it. Good power, And the unit has been through three trucks now without hurting any of them. Except for the first ones Auto Tranny.. For $450 bucks. Sounds like A good buy to me. Good luck...
