Do some research on carb appoved 4" exhaust and cold air intakes. Helping the truck breath is the first thing. Then if you want just milage I'd look into a Edge Milage Max. They claim it helps mpg and has no smoke. Tires at max psi for less rolling resistance. Synthetic oils in the axles and transfercase and engine. Above all just be easy on the go pedal!
