I have 03 5.9 and i am having some starting issues... i was reading a post that was started in september, and a guy was having the same problem... I am experiencing the same problems that he is... i replaced the filter on it, and it started a few times but it wont start unless i put some starting fluid in the air box... i need help cause its sleddn season and i have no way to get my sled to the hills... anything at this point will help... the dealship says that i need to replace my injectors, but it runs great once it starts... you need to install a fuel pressure gage..............you can rig one up temp but just do it right the first time and get a good gage

I dont have much confidence in the original lift pumps............they are **** poor at best

sounds as if you are having fueling issues to me

Your injectors are bleeding back too much. Need to have them tested and fixed.
