Alright guys got a problem with my old mans truck. the driverside headlight is out on dim, the first thing he did is change the bulb duh, didnt fix it. i checked the plug for power and it has power even changed the plug, dont know wtf is wrong dont know if anyone else has had this problem. o ya its a 2004.5 3500 w/smarty. any help would be great.

Probably a bad ground. Normally the problem with a dim light.

 

the problem is just with the dim side of the bulb the brights still work and when i checked the voltage i pulld my ground from the plug and also the battery and the voltage was close to the same.
