Default spun a bearing on the turbo?????

trying to figure out if i spun a bearing on the turbo? not for sure if its that or possible leak or what? under normal driving the boost guage spools normally, but when i get on it alittle the boost will just to about 42 psi. and drop to like 34-36 and then slowly climb back to about 40. and when it spools up past about 20-25 psi it feels like the truck is loosing power, and also the turbo sounds alot different that it used to sound like. but when i take it easy and drive normal it seems to run just fine and no power lose? any suggestions, and also if anyone can help me with a link to a website for a rebuild kit for the factory turbo.

Now im not a turbo expert but here's what i know. you cant spin a bearing in a turbo im pretty sure, most likely a seal around the bearing has blown so the fan has some play in it. what you probably should do it take the intake off the intake side of the turbo and try to wiggle the fan in the turbo, usually if its got play that means its time for a new or rebuilt one.

everything that diesel dan said
if it has no play in turbo
see if a hose has blown off or cut anywhere.
what I do is soapy water in a spray bottle. and spray everything with soapy water.

its all pressurized so it will bubble where it is leaking air.

is it BLACK SMOKING????? that is tall tell sign that a hose popped off.

black/blue smoke at idle means your burning a little oil with possibly an intake problem which could be caused by the turbo, so i would deff say a seal is leaking.
