The P0483 code, turn it over to defrost, and see if the fan kicks in. If not, your fan clutch is burnt out.
P2607, check and clean all the relay connections (be on the passenger side) with electrical contact cleaner. Clean and protect all the battery terminals, along with cleaning all ground points. If the code clears, then returns, it's possibly the relay burnt out. With that, does the volt meter drop right after you start the truck in the morning, then fluctuate back and forth??

Should be 2 relays on the passenger side, close to the battery (06 went to a single relay). One closest to the firewall is the #2 relay. Look for corroded connections, damaged insulation on the wires. You can tear the relay apart and clean the contacts and see if it helps.
