Default Head light issues

Hello all. A friend of mine has an 06 3500. His rt head light went. We changed bulb and still no light hi or low. Check for power/ground , found no signal from front light modual/underhood fuse panel. Any thoughts. We ended up using the inputs to lt light and a relay to make rt light work. thanks

I wonder if it couldn't be in the signal light circuit. I assume the US versions turn the corrosponding headlight off during signaling as well.

If the DTRL's are enabled, the lamp shuts off when you activate the turn signal. I would look at that first.
