Default headlight

03 dodge when the headlight are on dim thay work fine. When you put the high beam on the passenger side blinks like its a turn signal. any ideas driver side works fine.

this is the oddest thing I have heard. when the highbeams are on, do you hear a "clicking" on and off under hood near the fuse box?

also, when the light blinks... does the rear passenger side tail light blink too?

old electronics are great; if one side was doing it then other side HAD to be doing the same thing... check chassis grounds... grounds can do some pretty wacky things... my windshield wipers wouldnt work unless the door was open or the dome light was manually turned on; it was just a bad ground on the switch...
