Default Need clutch advice

Gentlemen (and ladies), need some advice or opinions on a replacement clutch setup for my 05 dually. Got a little carried away a few weeks ago and let the smoke out of the clutch. What a sight!!! Now the thing jerks and grabs. Just gonna replace it but dont want to spend a butt load on something I really dont need either. The truck has a juice with attitude for power adders and I dont tow anything with it right now (thats what happens in a divorce, hehehe) but want something that can handle repeated abuse on the weekend if the need arises. Thanks for any and all help!!!

I too have the Con OFE. Mine is very grabby in first and reverse though..... It holds an estimated 450hp very well. I'll know the true numbers next weekend....

When it come to clutch time for me, the SBC Con OFE will be my choice, also upgrade the hydraulics. I may upgrade the hydraulics first, should be able to do it in steps.

I got the updated hydraulics and the solid flywheel too. They recommend that you change those and who would I be to argue with them...
