is this a side effect of 2-stroke?
Noticed my cp-3 is seeping, do I remember it can caused by running 2-stroke?
Seems this just started since running 2-stroke...just thinking out loud...

Lubricating the metal to metal parts is one thing, affecting seal material is something else...even biodiesel, which is a great lubricant in ULSD, will negatively affect all the seals in older diesel equipment.
I am pretty sure I read where there were a few guys that experienced a seeping CP3 while using 2-stroke. I was hoping some of the more knowledgeable/experienced crowd would chime in...
As it is, I will be stopping the use of 2-stroke to see if that limits the leak...it seems to be leaking from the case halves and dripping down the block. This CP3 was already replaced many miles ago when it was found leaking from the wiring harness...
Actually, the 5.9L Common rail is only 20% biodiesel...there was a recent discussion about this in regards to Dodge and Cummins recommendations.
I typically run 1 ounce per gallon, sometimes a little more depending on whether I put in 25 gallons or 30 gallons, I just add two bottles (at 15oz each).
