Default Down pipes?

Is it worth while to change my stock down pipe for a aftermarket unit?

I don't see why it wound help. It's the stock muff and cat that restricts. Not the downpipe. Plus to change just the downpipe is a pain in the *** cause the rest of the pipe needs to slide back to get it off then back up onto the downpipe to get it back on. Usually not that much play in the system. Seems pointless to me

i talked to several guys that deal in diesel performance and they have told me that dodge's downpipes are actually designed well, so there is no need in changing it unless you decide to go with a 5" straight from turbo on out

If your running an Automatic Transmission and decide to replace your Turbo you will have to get a HX40 Down Pipe.
