alright i called oreillys and they do have a eraser wheel... regularly 36.99, my works cost......... $25.80 :U:.... hopefully it works as fast as you all say it does...

make sure to keep it flat against the truck, try not to develop an edge on the wheel.

let me know how it works might have to invest in one also. does anyone have any input on the molding on the side of the truck. Are they just stuck on with tape or is there pins and double side tape holding them on

WD-40 or some Goo-Gone also works very well.

I've heard of everyone doing it so easy with wd-40 and fishing line, baloney.... I heated mine up and pulled the badges off with fishing line, but had no luck getting the adhesive off. 20 min with the eraser wheel and everything was done.

try to keep the edge flat is what i mean, don't end it up lookin like a worn out inline roller skate wheel. but you can always flip it around if need be

use it on the drill and itl grab all the glue and stickers off the truck, it leaves alot of white powder but that can be wiped off.

Why do you debadge? I'm just curious...

I'm thinking about debadging mine too, actually.

2500HeavyDuty 04-04-2009 05:29 PM

easier to wash and detail, smoother body lines, clean look, and you gott really know trucks to know what kind of truck it it

I did mine with WD 40.....hairdryer.......elbow grease. This was I had heard about fishing line and an eraser wheel.
