i just put on a bd super b single. and a new Jasper long block in an 05, w 6 gun, intercooler, nipple, meth inj, intake, 5"turbo back, bosch stock but upgraded sticks.
my question is jasper gives an upgraded head gasket and i have 2000 mi on it now and i have the turbo limited to 30p. what can i safely get away with for now?

oh and i dont know much about bd turbos my shop that i have dealt with for years said this was the way to go

I don't think your computer defuels or throws a code until around 44 PSI...

I also don't think the head gasket or intake valves are in jeopardy until around 60PSI.

Maybe contact Jasper and see what they have to say?

Also, get the turbo map for your turbo and find out what the upper limit of it's efficiency range is...

Well, at least you ended up with someone who knew what they are talking about!

My truck Stock would do 30, then back off to 28 PSI.

With the Smarty and WG disabled, it goes up to 44 PSI, still with the stock charger and injectors...

You should fill out your signature line and hang out here for a while...

I didn't know you had a stick until you told us...
