06 dodge front end help

Red face 06 dodge front end help

hello this is my 1st post and was wondering if anyone has had any problems an 2006 dodge 2500hd 4x4 diesel with their truck wondering from side to side? here is what i have done new ajustable track bar,upper & lower ball joints,axle joints,duel steering stabilizer,front leveling kit and added new front springs that are 2 steps up in load capicity,sway bar end links and had a dealer alighn it. maybe it should be done to different specs??? any help would be great thanks scott m

Steering shaft and steering box might be wore enough to cause some problems. Look into replacing those two items. Could also be tire pressure and or bad tires. Maybe swap the rears to the front and see if that helps. BTW, welcome to DB!!

I have an '06 identical to yours - bone stock - the wife drives it most of the time - never had any probs with it. The steering is very tight. My '03 Ford had that prob and ended up being the tires. I would swap like wildbill said. Welcome to the site and good luck!

i have tried a new steering box and tires plus several different tire pressures and will look at the shaft . thanks

Sounds like load range D tires to me. I know everyone says that the load range D with the same lbs rating as the load range E are fine but trust me they aren't.
