Default obd2 codes/problems

I got a buddy that has a 03 CTD that just recently been experiencing some problems after running some injector cleaner. What it is doing is while driving down the road it will lose power but stay running like a dead pedal and after a bit it will clear up and run just fine. I know on the 99 CTD you can adjust the TPS with a voltage meter but not sure on the 03's.

Here are the codes.

P2121 Pedal position 1 conformance error
P2122 Pedal position sensor voltage to low
P2149 Fuel injector group 2 supply voltage circuit

Your help is greatly appreciated

APPS reset:
Turn key to run, but don't start. Slowly depress the pedal all the way to the floor, then slowly release the pedal all the way back. Turn key back off, the start the truck. Now the P2149 you can try and clean all the injector harness connections with electraclean, then use some dielectric grease.

check the connection on the top of the cp3 pump. if it is loose or gets moisture in the connection it will start to throw the code p2121. As the connection gets worse it will throw p2127
