Should I Be Worried?
Drove to work Sat. No problem. Got in truck to leave work and it wont start. It acted like a flooded gasser, it would try to start as long as I kept the key on and the starter engaged but as soon as I let go it would die. Turned off the Quadzilla and let it sit for a minute and after a couple more turns and me pumping the gas pedal it finally started. Ran rough with no real power for about 5 miles and now seems fine. I did turn the quad back on while going home and it didnt seem to affect it. Started and ran fine on Sun. and this morning. It did throw a P0191 code.
Should I be worried? What could have caused it?

From what I've read it seems alot of people have had this code. I don't think it's too serious. It is a "fuel rail pressure sensor performance error code". Someone took there's into the dealer and had a module reprogrammed and I guess it fixed it. I'm not sure what module, maybe it's the pressure sensor itself. I'd just take it to the dealer and see what they know about it.

Rail pressure at idle is 5800 to 7000 and at 65mph on hwy. it fluctuates between

At idle it is between 5900 to 7000 and at 65 mph it is between 16700 to 19000 at the rail.
The only gauge that I have for fuel is the Quadzilla.

UPDATE:
On the way home Friday was in traffic going about 20 to 30 mph. THe traffic started to break up so hit the gas to speed up and it ain't going no where. Put foot about half way down and it barely picks up. Loook down at Quad gauge and I am only pushing 8700 psi at the rail!!!! Then all of a sudden it hits and jumps to 20,000+. Has ran fine all weekend.
Could this still be the fuel pump?

Imacumminz, I did read on one of the sites (can't remember which one though) that the rail pressure gage connections could be a problem, a bad connection between one of the two Quadzilla connectors to the factory connector could cause your problem. You may want to try disconnecting the Quadzilla rail pressure gage for a day or two, it's an easy test to try. If you do separate the connections have a quick look at the pins inside the connectors make sure they are not bent out of shape.
