Default Which comes first; injector replace or valve adust?

I'm about to replace my injectors on my 2003 Dodge 3500 Cummins. I have found a lot of good instructions for doing the replacement. However nothing is said about whether or not the injectors should be replaced in the order of the TDC for doing the valves or just waiting until all the injectors have been replaced and then doing the TDC, BDC thing for the correct cylinders.Seems as though if you did them in the order of valve adjustments it would all be done when the last injector was done and there would be no pressure on the exhaust rockers that have to be removed.
Any wisdom on this? Could also use a good How To for the valves that is NOT Youtube based. I need something I can print out. We live in a remote location and our internet is so poor I can't run video clips.
Thanks!
Ron
