Default 48re to nv5600 starter spacer required

So I have removed my 48re from my 2005 ram 2500 and wanted to know if a starter spacer is required when installing the nv5600 with bell housong to the original mounting plate on the engine. The bolts for the engine adapter to nv5600 bell housing look to be aligned. Does anyone know if I will need a starter spacer or can this be mounted directly to the original mounting adapter for the engine to bell housing
