Airbags have been recalled- I recently have had my airbag light kick on while driving, about 10 seconds after my CEL kicks on and gives code U1421. I deleted code and same scenario happened again. One time I lost my turn signals and dash light up like a Christmas tree.

I kniw the TIPM is a finkicky deal- has anyone else had this? Luckily I get both airbags serviced tomorrow

 

I had mine done last month and the recall is a bit deceiving. Its not a complete airbag recal, just the inflator. But it does cover both the drivers and passengers side.
