Default 05' Cummins bog

Hello, I have an 05' dodge cummins that I just replaced the lift pump in. After priming, the truck fired up nicely and I had it idling for about 10 min. I decided to take it for a test spin. Went for about 3 miles, stopped at a stop sign, and the truck bogged (but kept running) when I proceeded from the stop sign. Ok I thought maybe air. Kept goin (had it going 60 for a couple miles) slowed to pull back into my driveway and the truck bogged (still running) when I stepped on it in my driveway. Took it for another test spin, really stepped on it and she bogged right down. Came to a stop sign, SHUTDOWN. No start. Could this be air? Injectors? Cp3? IAT sensor? Any help is appreciated.
