Default cr cummins engine rattle/knock

I have a 2005 dodge cummins. Within the last 3000 miles replaced injectors cp3 and did a fass fuel system. Injectors are industrial injection 60hp. After i installed them started right up ran as it should i ran the over head all was good. About a week later it started a rattle only at full temp under load. I drove it a few more weeks wasnt crazy loud but could hear it. So i bought a smarty jr and programmed as soon as i take off after programming it to tow tune i hear a knocking fairly loud. So i stop put it back to stock and its still there. Starts easy a slight white haze at cold start, idles smooth no noise rev it in park no noise. Put it in gear and power brake it and it start knocking around 1500 rpm seems to quite down around 1800 rpm. And it only does it at full temp. Any help apprciated thanks

because if there no knock before the new injectors that means to me it the injectors related problem.
Plus I would phone industrial injection and talk to one of there tech guys
you did put the copper washer back on.
don't get mad just try to help narrow down the problem
