Default Blow by. Bad if I drive??

Hi. Just bought a 04 with "blown motor" Has blowby, misfire, and some unburnt fuel smoke. Starts good. I have a 12 hr drive home. Would rather drive than trailer if possible. I have a friend that has ran his for years with "bad hole". Can I just block off supply tube to that cyl. or leave it conected for lubrication ?? Thanks in advance.

Dunno if you did or not- I wouldn't risk it. If it were 12miles I'd say sure. Unless you bought it for the chassis only and are rebuilding the motor don't do more damage. Could be constantly dumping fuel in the cylinder(s) and you'll do internal damage from temps. There is no way to block off just one cylinder from rail I'm aware of since pressure is 20k psi+

Ball bearing works great! BUT 12hr drive easy I did 20 with a bad hole but I knew I didn't care I was gonna rebuild it! just let it flow fuel put some 2 stroke oil in the tank for lube and you'll be fine! You don't know how long the previous owner drove it either! Most drive till it really pukes oil out the breather tube! Be sure to check the oil along the route!
