U-joint hell with the Dana 80 and too much Cummins power!
My Cummins in my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 now puts out about 650HP and has around 1200 Torque and previously was at a ration of about 450HP/900 Torque. As such, it tends to wear or completely destroy a lot of driveline components, like u-joints. I need to replace them every year, or they wobble and cause vibration damage to other components.
So, my question is there a heavy duty u-joint that is as close to indestructible as possible for my application, which includes the stock Dana 80 front and rear ends, but having 4.10 gears and Eaton lockers all pushed by a lot of Cummins power?

The axles are not Dana, they are AAM. Depending on transmission you probably have too small u-joints for the usage scenario. You will want at least Spicer 1480's, 1550's would be better but don't think parts are available to do that.
You have exceeded the stock drive line capabilities also and really need to upgrade it with the u-joints a 5" aluminum shaft with 1480's should handle what you want to do.
