Default Intermittent Cutting out

Intermittent cutting out at idle and acceleration from stop. Had injectors tested (remans) tested good they said. Anyone have any idea what is causing this Intermittent prob?

TPS (throttle position sensor) is the next thing I would check out. They have a "failsafe" in the design to fail at the 0% position rather than 100%. They can be checked with a meter, and iirc reset with a little process, lmk if you want me to get into a manual for you, if not then I won't waste time doing so!

make sure your filters are good. when the fan clutch wires get chafed, cut, broken, etc, it will make the truck run funny. grounds and battery terminal clamps that need to be cleaned and/or tightened will also cause the truck run funny. what is the rail pressure when this happens? could be a fuel issue.

Default Injectors

I will definitely check all that today. I kinda think the injector guy is getting over on me cause never did this until I got them. It was a certified Bosch shop. Could it be regulator sticking?

they are remans, so it could be an injector. never buy remans. what do you mean regulator?

you have a fca which controls your amount of rail pressure. then you also have a prv that will release pressure from the rail. do you have any codes? have you checked all your grounds and battery terminals and sure they are tight, clean and not broken/cracked?
