Default Starter Issue??

I have an issue with my starter, I think. I am now on the second reman starter after the factory unit quit. The first replacement, remanufactured, starter was installed about 2 months ago. It started to exhibit the same problems the original did before it quit working so it was changed, on 2/26. Over the weekend it was only driven once and has sat since. This morning I went to start it up and it started acting as if it was having the same problem as the last two starters.

When it works as it is supposed to, everything works well, when it doesn't work the starter seems to drag, the whole truck sort of shakes as if it is attempting to start but doesn't quite get there. It also makes a strange chirping noise.

Both batteries test out fine, the primary is at 14.3v the secondary is brand new and tests out at similar voltages. When the batteries are load tested they drop to around 12v and come back up to their 14 ish range.

I don't know what else to check, maybe an injector or fuel issue?

Thanks in advance.
