Default Wastegate Reads in the red on Smarty

I have the smarty touch on my 06 and my wastegate stays in the red all the time. I'm not real savvy on this whole programmer thing yet. I dont want to mess up my truck. On #1 which says 30 hp setting the WG meter reads max 75 and it stays there. Any help is greatky appreciated as I woulod love to learn the function of the whole system.

That's actually a good idea. I'm finding out this is a new system and I believe it has a fooler. I've got a sinister intake elbow on there and I've seen 34-36 lbs of boost at 3/4 throttle. To my knowledge the elbow is the only upgrade besides the CAI. I don't think I should be making that much boost.

With a boost elbow and a tuner, sure. SW5 you push the boost over 40 psi depending on how the elbow is set.

The Smarty cannot read WG operation as it is mechanical, all it is reading is the actuator and it has been disabled by Smarty and the boost elbow.
