Default Valve Bridges

I read somewhere that there is a little indentation or bump that has to point toward the passenger side of the truck. Can't remember what happens if you don't. My memory needs refreshed. TIA!

Replaced injectors last year, and I stuck them back in. Didn't know they had to go certain way. Come to find out they had to. Got me thinking, tore into it just a bit ago, and a few of em (ex. & in.) have a tit pointing out, and the rest pointing in.

I think I got bigger issues.

Light scoring has me going again. Do I need to think about an engine soon?
