Does anyone have experience with these steps? Retail they run about $1100 it looks like. I have a buddy who pulled his off of a 06 Duramax and is selling them for $200 due to a motor going bad in one which is $260 to replace. Do For $460 I could have these steps in a Chevy bracket setup. Is there a way to fabricate the brackets to fit on my 06? I cant seem to find any mods except for the 2nd gen brackets. Also is wiring specific to vehicles or like trailer lights with general wiring? Any thoughts/comments would be appreciated!
