Default Drag link

I noticed the boot on my 03 2500 drag link, where it bolts to Pittman arm, is torn. I tried to just buy the drag link end from dealer but dodge has went to a upgraded part that will not fit my existing sleeve. One of my questions is it possible that a after market brand still offers the original size that will bolt right on to my existing sleeve and rest of link? If not can just the entire drag link be changed without doing something special to where the tie rod/drag link connects? Also the truck has 6in lift and I'm thinking of going with skyjacker silver dual steering stabilizers. Does anybody have any opinions/recommendations on them or any other brand stabilizer?

I got mine at NAPA, no change, matched right up. Rancho stabilizers are the only ones that have lasted. I only get 6 months top out of the lesser brands

Ok thanks I'll try the napa and see if it matches old. How much difference did the ranchos make over the stock stabilizer? I'm only running 35s at the moment and nothing In steering is loose it just seems to wander on interstate. I want to do what I can to eliminate before I get 37in grips.

I went through 4 from the parts houses, they don't last before the load goes away and I was chasing the steering again. The Rancho holds great, I will buy again. I don't have but 33 on mine, so your truck will definitely benefit. Have fun, that front end work about killed me, tried changing what was worn and wound up doing 4 ball joints, and all the end links, long bar and pitman. Every time I put new parts it showed the week link very fast. Hopefully you did not put yours off as long as me, I wish I would have bought the upgrade kit and not tried to fix what I had. I would have spent less and less trips to the store..

I'm looking up the rancho kits now. I hope it's just the stock stabilizer is worn and this fixes it because the truck has had heavy mud tires for a while now. Truck has 150,000 miles but has very minimal slack at all in ball joints and linkage. The drag link boot has been torn for a while now but still seems to be tight and is greasy but it always keeps me worried.
