Default new here, sort of

first off i wanted to say thanks to everyone on here. i spent countless weeks scanning over this forum in particular when looking for my new truck. ended up with a 2005 CTD QCSB.

i felt very knowledgeable when looking the truck over (still brought a die hard cummins buddy with me). had the truck about 2 weeks now. Loving every second of it so much of an upgrade in every aspect in comparison to my old 04 chevy 1500 5.3 z71.

truck is basically bone stock although i started the modifying process already.

leveling kit

installed an mbrp 5" to 6" tip (turbo back straight pipe)
and a smarty jr programmer.

running the torque settings at stock. (learned from here about the 48re trans).

cant say enough how nice it is averaging close to 20mpg and 600 mi to a tank.

upgrades coming soon:
glowshift trans temp, boost, and pyro gauges w/ all adapters & ports and 3 pillar pod

thinking about an afe stage 2 intake? suggestions?

thinking 20x12 et-44 wheels.. (dont want a lift.. after the more cen cali look if anyone has any input?)

i want something black. with a deep lip.. again suggestions / fitment would be wonderful.

truck is my daily driver. and also my tow hauler for my vw jetta show car / my side business of wheel refinishing / three piece wheel building

THANKS AGAIN for all the info / research i was able to do here!
