Default Possible pcm troubles?

My volts fell to 0 one day driving home after changing a radio out. So I had both batteries replaced and alternator and I though couldn't be radio so I was driving it everything worked good for like 3 days then the same thing happened again. I had my volts checked at autozone and it's sending more volts to the passenger side battery than driver side and frying the batteries? Had all the work done by a shop. Could it be my pcm or ECM? Can they be reset possibly? Or are they shot?

A dealer can reflash your ecm.
