Does anyone know how to disable the auto locks I hate the doors all locking once I get above 20 mph

 

You might just "unlock" and see if they stay that way. IIRC mine (early 98) locks the doors @ 15mph, but if I hit "unlock" it doesn't re-lock'em. Will try in traffic, if I remember. If you find the right wire to disable the computer's ability to do that, you'll probably end up "throwing a code" of some kind.

Ya the frustration will begin with with hunting season but I figure it's worth a try the seatbelt alarm has already been disabled

 

If you have the remote key FOB the locks are controled by the cluster controller. A DRBIII, StarScan, etc, would be need to change the BCM settings for auto locks.

 

you cycle the key on and off 8 times ending with the key in the on position then press the lock button and it will make a chime sound then your done.
