Default CP3 And The FCA........

I have been on the phone nearly 3 hours today trying to find the metering valves or even the entire FCA for the CP3. The FCA would run about $165.00 and the guy at Diesel Fuel Injection of Harrisonburg told me that it would be on back order if I ordered it. I want to know if any of you know where to find the metering valves or an aftermarket FCA or even a stock one for cheap...... I did the DIY mod to the FCA and now the entire truck seems like it surges and every once in a while the spring gets stuck and gives me no fuel over stock or less and it is definitely noticeable. I want to fix it and would like to get a couple metering valves to see if I can redo the mod and get it right. Thanks in advance for any input.

The metering valve is located inside the FCA which is where the wiring harness plugs into. Check out this link: https://www.dieselbombers.com/durama...-yourself.html

I already did the mod. I need to fix the screw up that happened. I need either the FCA or the metering valve. The FCA straight from Bosch is $163.48 and it would be on back order for who knows how long.
