Default Code Won't Go Away

P0299 Turbo/Supercharger Under Boost

it keeps showing up and now i cant just erase it with the BD. it says no dtc's are present. i have to un-install the BD and then re-install it to get the code to go away. whent he code pops up the truck goes into limp mode and has no power. What could be the problem?

It is most likely the Bully Dog product not interacting with your ECM properly. Do you have the most recent download of the product? Can you see the code or codes with another OBII scanner? Have you tried sorting it out with a smarty box?

it does it without the bullydog. i hooked a MAC tools scanner and it reads the code but it wont earse it. it will say it is erased with 1 code remaining and that is the code. i have to unistall the download and reinstall it. i have the version 2.4.1 i believe.

If you can take it that far and you don't have studs that's about as far s you want to go because things start to implode at 60 pounds.
