Default 06 5.9 need help

I've got an 06 5.9 six speed. Just removed my banks six gun, and went back to the superchips flshpac programmer. Truck got home alright, but this morning engine light came on and went away after turning it off and restarting. Now it's back, and won't go away. Checked codes, it's throwing p0238 turbo boost sens a circ high, p0236 turbo boost sens a circ perf, p0111 intake air temp circ range/perf. I am not sure where to start, didn't have a problem before.

Remove the programmer and clear the codes! See if it comes back!

This might be a stupid question but, did you reset the factory settings on the original programmer before using the new chip, also was there any disruption in communication on either programming sessions?

Kcmotorz could possibly be right. Took my edge out still with the tune on, and.updated the tuner and plugged it back in and my truck threw a few codes
