Default Shifting into neutral causes engine to die

Video:

Any ideas what is causing this? This has progressively gotten worse. It used to oscillate between 600-1100 RPM, now it oscillates between 200-1100 RPM or so. If it doesn't die, it steadies out at a normal idle RPM of ~700 RPM.

It throws no codes and starts right back up after dying.

Truck is a 2004.5 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L Diesel Manual Transmission 2WD.

Thanks in advance,
Matthew

[bump] Wow. No one has any ideas here? I'd hate to think that I'm navigating uncharted waters...

FCA is the common source of those symptoms.
