Question G56 and Transfer case fluid change time

It is time for me to change the fluid in my trans and transfer case. I plan to use the Mobiltrans recommended by Mercedes. My questions are where is the best place to order the fluid from, do I overfill it by 1 or 2 quarts, how many quarts does the transfer case take and should I over fill it also?

I run gorilla juice in mine. Its thicker and gets rid of some of the rollover noise. Next time I'm going to try mobil delvac 50 as recommended by John Weatherby. I did overfill by about a quart (7 qts if I remember right don't quote me). There is no sense putting ATF in a manual trans that does not need friction modifiers.

i'm running amsoil ATF4, overfilled by 2 quarts on the trans. it's a 14mm hex key for the drain plug, FYI. same stuff on the transfer case, but it's a "fill til spill" arrangement. i don't recall exactly how much it holds. overfilling the trans will make it stiff-shifting until it warms up a bit, but once it does warm up it'll shift just as well as stock.
