Even though you can move the TV lever it may hang when warm. Assuming you used a known good TTVA and your wiring is good, it is hard to diagnose the TV valve issues with a TTVA motor.

well dosent the ttva do a sweep when the key is tuned on in the 30 secs. that is when i should see come kind of movement?

That is a good question. Does it only do that when a new TTVA is added or does it do it every time? I assumed it was like the APPS that it saved the setup results until it was reset. Now I will have tio chech mine and see if runs a self test every time the key is turned on.

I know every time it is removed or a new one put on it should do it. but that's the problem it is not doing anything in those 30s to 1m. I checked all of the wires and nothin that i can see is wrong with it.
