Default transmission problems 48RE slippimg and not shifting

I have problems between gears between 1-2 and just lately 3-4. I have been pulling my stock car for ahile oter than that not much of a load. Today at mile 147395 I changed my fluids and adjusted the band inside the oil pan but it didnt fix it. Cant find the other band to see if its it. I adjusted it to 75 in pounds then backed it out 3 full turns. I did it by a print out I got offline. Even in 4h she slips. Relly need this help contact me through this forum or text me. 3258641933

What did fluid look like? how much material was on magnet in pan?

That wil screw up the shifting, only back off 1 3/4 turns. If it is slipping in OD likely time for a rebuild.

adjust 1 and 3/4 turns back after you torque it and if that doesn't fix it look to replace the gov solenoid and sensor... it's quick and easy to do.
