I have problems between gears between 1-2 and just lately 3-4. I have been pulling my stock car for ahile oter than that not much of a load. Today at mile 147395 I changed my fluids and adjusted the band inside the oil pan but it didnt fix it. Cant find the other band to see if its it. I adjusted it to 75 in pounds then backed it out 3 full turns. I did it by a print out I got offline. Even in 4h she slips. What did fluid look like? how much material was on magnet in pan?

 

That wil screw up the shifting, only back off 1 3/4 turns. If it is slipping in OD likely time for a rebuild.

 

adjust 1 and 3/4 turns back after you torque it and if that doesn't fix it look to replace the gov solenoid and sensor... it's quick and easy to do.
