Default over heating at an idle

2005 Dodge Cummins 3500 driving in stop and go traffic AC does not blow cold and motor starts to heat up. Changed fan clutch but did not work, checked the codes and pulling 0480, 0483? Help

I know there is a spot here on this site that you can look up codes, but i can't remember where to go.
You could also have a faulty thermostat.
